Can I change my order?
You may call our customer service to change your delivery address before you receive the order confirmation email from us. Once you receive the order confirmation email, no changes can be made.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have made your payment online, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Is there any minimum purchase amount per order?
No. There is no minimum order amount.
How do I submit a product review?
Please login to your Granzilla account. View your order, click the product link, and then click Reviews on the left of the product page, type your review and click Submit. Note that your review will not show on the product page until it is approved.
